My clinical exemplar is available for download from this page. This exemplar demonstrates an account I had with a patient that demonstrated effective, ineffective communication, self-care, and prioritization my senior preceptorship experience. The client I wrote about a very extensive past medical history, and had many complications as well. I decided to write about this client because it demonstrated effective communication with the provider and how important interprofessional collaboration is. It also explained the importance thinking ahead, and the importance of a thorough assessment. This story was a normal experience, however it demonstrated many important aspects of nursing. I hope you enjoy reading about one of my clinical experiences that I will remember for a life time.
